Terms of service

Scope of work

Each engagement is governed by a written proposal listing deliverables, price and dates. Where these terms and a signed proposal disagree, the proposal takes precedence.

Payment

Projects are invoiced in instalments tied to phases. Invoices are due 14 days from issue. Work may pause on overdue accounts after written notice.

Ownership

On final payment, you own the code, design files and content we produce for you. We retain ownership of our pre existing tools and libraries, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them within the delivered work.

Revisions

Each phase includes two rounds of revision. Changes of direction beyond that are quoted separately so the timeline stays accurate.

Portfolio

We may show the work publicly after launch unless you ask us in writing not to. We never publish figures or internal material without your written approval.

Liability

Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with 14 days written notice. You pay for work completed to that date and we hand over everything produced.
